We loved the pool, the house is as advertised, it was clean, plenty of dishes.
The down stairs bedroom is nice, but it could use an updated mattress, the one that’s on it is old and a little worn, could use some new frying pans the other ones are scratched up pretty bad.

The pool the space the location
I found earrings in the pool area on one of the chairs & also a fake eyelashes & some stuff we had to clean in between the couch I’m guessing belong to someone who was there at the property before me & that means the property wasn’t cleaned currently

Really like the location. Like the size of the house, had plenty of room to space out. It’s a beautiful home that has been abused.
Garbage can was 3/4 full of construction material, no room for trash. Carpets needs replaced stains everywhere. Ceiling fans have never been cleaned. Paint was cracking off through out the house. Pool table hated to touch without gloves, ripped, no longer green was grayish, balls were yellow tint. Master bedroom upstairs needs a new mattress
