Great staff. Great location. Nice shower.
Kitchen facilities too small for 4 people. Coffee table very wobbly. A mirror in the hallway outside the bunk room would be nice.

Quite and clean and had our own area no one above us or below us making noises. Very relaxing
Wished the internet had better connection otherwise it wasn’t too bad. Just wasn’t able to do much work with no wi fi

The check in process was quick and convenience. The location is close to restaurants, the beach and you can see sealion nearby so it's fun for exploring on foot without driving or traveling so far.
The code sent to me to check in was not matching the door code so they have to set it up for me again. There was no hot water even with the help of the service staff and they couldn't figure out what went wrong so we had to stay without shower since no hot water running. We booked the room with hot tub for this purpose but we couldn't even utilized it.
