The house is in a great location for visiting the local sites including the shaker village and gilded age houses.
It is extremely clean and spacious.
The owner was also very helpful when we had a problem.

Layout of the house.
Located on an extremely busy, noisy road. Sound machines are not adequate. We had to remove air conditioners from two attic bedrooms, host stated she was thinking about getting to it. On our first night the back yard suddenly was bright as day. The neighbors built a large, above ground fire under massive trees next to the property. Host said she would call the individuals, I asked the host to contact fire dept. Fire officials came and asked the fire be extinguished then left, fire was about 8-10 feet tall. Not in pit. Fire wasn’t extinguished and was left unattended to burn itself out.
Instructions for entry included what cleaning needed to be done at exit. This included stripping beds, washing and putting dishes away, and bringing recycling and garbage out. The same instructions were posted in two sites in the house. The robust cleaning fee and daily service fee should cover cleaning. Upholstery and carpets need cleaning.
