Dwtn Condo 4 Blocks to The Wilmington Riverwalk!

Sehr sauber und in einer sicheren Gegend.

Es ist insgesamt etwas sehr hellhörig, aber nachts war es dann auch im Haus schön ruhig.

There was a glitch with our unit’s door code. One always had to type it in twice for it to work. Not a big deal but annoying. Also, the cleaning fee is quite steep—it roughly doubles the cost.

Area was very safe for being downtown. Property was easy to enter with door codes. Parking a second vehicle wasn't hard, street parking was readily available. Property was comfy and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and allow 4 adults to do their own thing in the downtime between outings.

Had to temporarily unplug air freshener in kitchen for duration of stay, it has a very pungent floral scent and was impossible to ignore.

We loved our stay! Conveniently located a block from one of the Trolley stops and within walking distance of the historic down town, and only a 20 minute drive to beautiful Wrightsville beach! Everything about our stay was easy from check-in to check-out. We received texts and emails with all the information we needed to access the building and condo, and a parking pass for the adjacent parking lot was provided. The condo was beautiful! it was immaculate and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay, as well as brochures for dining, sightseeing, museums, transportation, etc. The host was in touch prior to our arrival to see if we had any questions or concerns, and gave us great recommendations for food and fun. We highly recommend booking this condo!
