Quaint Beverly Townhome: Walk to Beach & Downtown!

The location was great and the bed was comfortable.

Not very clean. Dusty. Couldn’t control the heat so it was cold. Very overpriced for the accommodations.

Location to train and it was a cozy little stay. Bed and bedding were exceptional. Quick replies and help.

We couldn’t control the heat in our unit, so it was chilly the first night. Heat was turned on after I left a message.

The home was great! The proximity to the water was special. The neighborhood is quaint and very walkable. The location between Salem and Gloucester is perfect and allowed us to explore the cape. The hosts had all sorts of literature about area activities available which was very helpful and appreciated. The owners live on the property and are very nice. Ŵhen we had a problem with the electrical grid, it was fixed immediately. ( Hint- don’t use a hair dryer in the bathroom and make toast in the kitchen at the same time! 😀)

The cleaning could have been a bit better. The microwave was not perfectly clean— crumbs in the silverwear drawer. However, overall, the home was very clean, especially given that it is an older home. The things mentioned above should not deter anyone from staying there and are mentioned only so the owner can have the cleaning crew pay more attention to those areas.

Location to beach, very convenient.

Smells musty. The pictures look very bright and cheerful, but it was smaller and darker than what we expected. Definitely an older, unremodeled home. People upstairs were up at 4am every morning, running around.
