Location, spacious, 2 bathrooms, cleanliness, homely, comfortable

Check-in. I asked for details a few times and wasn’t given the necessary information to check-in. We had to call for the key code when we arrived and couldn’t get in. It was sorted quickly, but it could have been done much more smoothly.
