LoHi Apartment w/ Patio: 1 Mi to Downtown Denver!

Worked well for 3 people- my daughter and her partner slept in the bedroom and I stayed on the pullout sofa. Sofa bed was comfortable and I had my own closet in my space. Bedroom has a door so I had privacy. Only thing is that I had to go through their bedroom to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night and it didn't prove to be that big of a deal as they were family and I am super comfortable with them. I could brush my teeth in kitchen sink if I didn't want to wake them up and there was a mirror on outside of bedroom door so I could get dressed (and walk over to Metropolis coffee...excellent coffee plus a private bathroom:) For the outstanding location, well stocked kitchen (we baked a cake!) spacious, clean, pretty apartment and value it was worth it as I was not finding many places with 2 bathrooms that met my criteria. The host Christine and her husband were fantastic- responsive, welcoming and helpful. Fast wifi. Hot shower with good pressure plus a bath tub which I love! Air conditioning worked well, kitchen had coffee and creamer (yay!), and a filtered water pitcher. Nice touches. This place could work for 2 couples that are very comfortable with each other (sofa bed big enough for two). Note- Alma Fonda Fina is a Michelin starred restaurant that apparently just won an award as the 2nd best restaurant in the country!!! And it is right across the street from this apartment! Had I known I would have made reservations (needs to be done months in advance). Looks like you can show up for happy hour from 2-5pm and sample a few nibbles on a first come first served basis. Next time!

The apartment was nice. One queen bed, futon couch in living room and a recliner for beds. Good location, close to elitches, meow wolf, museums and 16th Street Mall

Parking is a nightmare! Be very careful of the "no parking" times and days! My car got towed! I would just park in one of the paid garages and Uber. Also those e scooters all over the place. At night I drove around for hours trying to find a parking space and then had to walk 1+ miles.

We absolutely loved our stay at the 'LoHi Apartment with Patio'. The location is fantastic – just a short walk or quick ride to downtown Denver, but nestled in the vibrant and trendy 'Lower Highlands' ('LoHi') neighborhood. There were plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, yet the apartment itself was peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was exactly as described – modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight for us was the private patio – it was perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking super convenient, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions and quick communication throughout our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra blankets, quality toiletries, and even some local recommendations. What I see from the other reviews is that a lot of people have complained about the parking situation, but we had no issue with it whatsoever. We always managed to find a parking spot on a nearby street. This apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking to enjoy Denver with the comforts of home. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you for everything! :-)

It was a cute little apartment, and had everything we needed to be mostly comfortable.

We felt mislead about the parking… there is NONE… and the suggested parking lot is very very far away. The reservation stated the price included off street parking. We were under the impression it was a 2 room apartment, but it wasn’t, and there was only one bathroom… so if our friends had been able to join us they would have had to walk through our bedroom space to use the bathroom… awkward. The carpet was fairly unclean and not comfortable without slippers. The room was very very warm and the thermostat would only let us lower it a couple degrees, which made it uncomfortable in the 100 degree temperatures. The staff coordinator was very difficult to get a hold of. We paid premium price and a cleaning fee… but still we’re required to strip the bed before we left… it just seemed very overpriced for what was offered.
