The house was perfect for our needs, each room had its own bathroom.
The house was very warm on arrival {85 deg) and it took most of the day to cool down. One in our group was getting over a cold and wanted to take a nap on arrival but couldn't because the house was too hot. I think the remote thermostat should be triggered to start cooking down the house since the morning a renter had confirmed an arrival check in time to avoid waiting until 10pm for the house the cool down below 80 deg.
