Good location. Mostly clean room and comfy bed. A/C and shower worked good.
Staff was lazy and check in was slow. WiFi didn't reach the room.

You get what you pay, in the sense that the room with AC, internal bath room and no breakfast is about right with the price
1) The staffs are not helpful. We arrive during heavy rain, there was 3 staffs chit chating but none helped us with umbrella when getting down from the car. There's no canopy so we were all soaking, including my elderly parents.
2) There were bugs in the bed (not bed bugs but still, it bites and itched). The bed's spring were broken and it stuck out, in a couple of places right in the foot and shoulder position - I cannot sleep at all.
I am not asking much, since the price is reasonable. But I think cleanliness is the basic thing all hotel/ hostels/ hole in the wall B&B need to maintain
