About this house rental
We are registered with the City of Canyon. The house is clean, bright and spacious with sky lights and lots of windows. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is stocked with essentials. It has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room to keep the temperature comfortable. The house features two full bathrooms. The tub and shower area in the one of the bathrooms is separated by a door from the toilet and sink area and is accessible from the master bedroom and from the hallway. Near enough to campus to walk to games and events. Just a five minute drive to downtown Canyon, 15 minutes to Palo Duro Canyon and a 23 minute drive to downtown Amarillo. The house is in an isolated subdivision with easy access. The home has a rear-entry two-car garage. The backyard is private with a large covered brick patio.
Amenities at Great location for all things WTAMU and Palo Duro Canyon! Easy walk to campus.

This STR was a perfect fit for grandparents and four grandchildren visiting for the Texas Musical in Palo Duro Canyon.

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I wish every rental had a Ping Pong table! We appreciated all the thoughtful touches (the banana bread was delicious!). Check-in was simple, and the host made the entire process effortless. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Conveniently located, clean very comfy home. For us, the beds were too firm but other than that very nice.
