The location for this stay is pure magic. Waking up to the smell of fresh coffee, hearing birds everywhere, and seeing endless green stretches of coffee plants . The surroundings are stunning — perfect for slow mornings, short plantation walks, and just breathing in the fresh hill air. The food was homemade and very good , it was less spicy and hospitality was great .

The only downside was the pricing — we felt it was a bit on the higher side specially considering the room was comfortable but fairly basic (no fancy amenities or modern touches). For the experience and location we were happy to pay, but it does stretch the budget a little.

Location is amazing, rooms were spacious, parking is available at the premises, swimming pool maintained clean and neat, food served was good.

Only drawback is its bit far from the main city and the roads were very and damaged. It took 1 hr to reach from main city to resort.

The stay was beautiful, specially the location and surrounding. liked the concept of the stay totally. pool area, room and washroom was beautiful

The stay is not properly maintained. The gaps between the windows and doors is filled with dust, dead insects, cockroaches. The door and bathroom mat was untidy and wet and when told to the staff it was later changed In one of the rooms, the dim light was not working In a stay like this which charges 5k almost per day per room should keep atleast some condiments like tea coffee sachets along with coffee filter and also a hair dryer in a cold place like that. Also the coffee mugs were dirty and sticky the pillows had some stains on it. major disappointment was- we were told during booking that food will be cooked in the stay and they take 3hrs to cook and we should order a bit early when we checked in we got to know cook is out of station ( which was not informed earlier) and we need to place order to the staff so that they will get it from outside , then also we were assured that another cook has been arranged who will be coming late evening but the alternate cook never came and till the end of the stay, lunch and dinner we had to place order and they got it from outside.
