    Provided only 1 towel, no shampoo,toothbrush and toothpaste. The toilet flush is damaged but overall we had a good stay. The room was clean and the staffs are friendly.

    I had a great stay at the Reddoorz Arimbay… the Staffs are all nice and they always smile. Customer Service is definitely great. My room was nice as it has a partial view of Mayon. A/C is working properly but my concern is the towel as it did not smell fresh. But overall, my stay was pleasant because of the nice Staff. Also, a great view of Mayon in the rooftop is one of the highlights. Thanks to the Staff of Reddoorz Arimbay! Kudos! See you again! ❤️❤️❤️

    Tbh di ko sya nagustuhan, yung staff pa nila parang di maasikaso, i asked them about the wifi because i need to connect pero di ako maka connect hindi gumagana yung wifi na binigay nila, then i come back after 1 hour wala pa rin siguro nakalimang balik ako tsaka sila nag bigay ng bagong code pero ayon wala pa rin, ang ending nagpa load pa ako, ang nipis pa nung kumot nila.
