The location, which was perfect.
Also the fact that was easy to park for free.
The house was clean and neat.
The only point to improve is to put curtains in the room, so that when you sleep the room can be dark.

Suzanne is a very friendly and attentive host! We had to overcome the language barrier during check-in but the translate apps on our phones helped us do that fine. The apartment is well-kept, clean, air-conditioned and well-equipped, even with an ironing board. Bed and sofa were comfortable. The location was perfect for my conference attendance – it's very calm, but only a beautiful 25 minute walk by foot along the beautiful Croisette to the Palais, with bus stops also close by. Can recommend this highly!

Appartment looks exactly like on the pictures. Very friendly owner, who helped out when I had questions. Calm street but close to everything.
