An open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room introduce guests to the home as they walk through the front door. It has access to the back porch with forest views and an outdoor seating area overlooking the backyard allowing for plenty of privacy. The gourmet kitchen features premium, stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink and seating for 12 at the breakfast bar and dining table. The living room includes a fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A powder room and the first guest room are down the hall. A king bed, private bathroom and access to the porch are included in the first bedroom.
The primary suite is upstairs and features French doors opening up to a private balcony with a shaded seating area and private bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. Adjacent is another king bedroom with a private balcony and private bathroom. The laundry room is on this floor as well.
The third floor belongs to the kids! With 4-single beds and a large media console, this open-floor plan has plenty of seating space and a wet bar to entertain guests. There is also a private bathroom with a shower only.
The carriage house is accessible from the backyard and features additional accommodation for guests with a plush king-sized bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette. We have stayed in various houses in this neighborhood over the last few years and have enjoyed every visit. It's a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the beach and the houses are all well-maintained and comfortable for family groups. We'll definitely stay in this neighborhood again in the future! The house itself was very comfortable. Not overly fancy like some in the neighborhood, but very clean and comfortable. Would definitely consider this house again depending on availability.

We had a wonderful stay at 19 Salt Box Lane. It was a 14 year reunion of high school girlfriends and 30A did not disappoint. We loved the house and location!
However, after check out, a few items were left and communication trying to track down these items was a nightmare. I was told my items would be shipped back and weeks later, they claim the items were not found….aka stolen. VERY disappointed in how this was handled this. I won’t be returning to any property 360 Blue owns and will certainly be passing along to friends and family who visit frequently.
