Unkraut, auf den Wegen, zu hohes Gras, Terrasse, kann man nicht gemütlich sitzen.

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Die Wohnung ist gut gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, vor allem im Küchenbereich. Alles da was man braucht. Die Matratzen scheinen neu zu sein und sind sehr bequem.
Die Scheibe des neuen Kamins ist defekt. Bei kleinen Kindern am besten etwas davor stellen. Der Besitzer ist bereits informiert und lässt dies beheben.

Es waren einige Mängel 1) WC Deckel defekt im Gäste-WC und im Bad 2) Lichtschalter defekt Wohnzimmer 3) In der Duschzelle leichte Schimmel im den Ecken
