Villa Dina

Lovely house. It’s divided in different apartments but to be honest we almost didn’t even notice the presence of the other guests. It’s comfortable, has what it needs in general, also a beautiful, fresh garden full of trees, a shared bbq, different tables and chairs distributed separately to be used by everyone. The house and surroundings were super clean when we arrived, and it was maintained so throughout the stay. Currently managed by an agency with great people working in them. They were very available during all our stay making sure that we enjoyed our time at this house. Location is perfect, walking distance from everything and very close to nice beaches (reachable by car in less than 5 mins). Great place for a relaxing getaway at Sivota :)

We had some problems with the internet, but the agency that rents them did everything in their hand to solve it and to help us out as well - in fact they managed to get it fixed by the internet company as soon as possible. In any case, when it works, the connection is good enough even for videocalls and from working there (only if you don’t need heavy and fast download/upload of content or a super stable connection). Anyways, it wasn't fully the property's fault but rather that the provider is not that reliable. Another thing would be to provide a little more complete kitchenware - what's present is quite basic so you end up e.g. chopping with a table knife.

Schöne Wohnung mit Balkon. Zum Strand und zur Promenade mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants geht man nur ein paar Minuten. Unsere Motorräder parkten im Garten.

Хубава вила, на комуникативно място. Всеки ден се почистват стаите. Много любезни домакини.

Няма лоши неща.

The location was amazing, at the center. Cozy and clean apartment.

The kitchen wasn’t very functional, I needed 1 hour to fry an egg. But overall as a vocation apartment it was ok.
