Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:
• Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
• Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
• Laundry: One laundry detergent.
• Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).
HOUSEKEEPING
• To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed.
POOL
• The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available.
• For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically.
• Pool heating is optional and subject to availability.
• The pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence, installed before every check-in to provide an additional layer of protection for families traveling with young children. Adult supervision is always required.

Our professional team can access the pool area directly without needing you to open the door and will complete the service in about an hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

We had an excellent vacation at this property, house was clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Check in was very easy. Very prompt response from property manager, we had an issue with pool heating and dealing with property manager regarding this was easy and we received refund. Resort facilities also good but very busy.

We have rented many nice homes through VRBO/AIRB&B the past 10 years and to be completely honest, this was by far one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in. I do not have a single complaint. Everythings looks exactly like the pictures. The house looks brand new. We will definitely be back! The house is much larger then we thought. Its perfect for families because upstairs, the 4 bedrooms (2 and 2) are very separated by a large living room. The queen master bedroom is very large and the room is next to the double twin bedroom. Same thing on the other side. The beds were VERY comfortable and clean. The house is located very close to a nice quiet pool. We weren't aware of this so it was a nice surprise. It's maybe a 2 minute walk. Perfect pool to get away from the crowd. The public pool is a short 3 minute drive away. I personally wouldn't walk it due to busy road and it would just take too long. The private pool at the house was so clean and well maintained. The pool guy periodically came to test the water. We didn't heat the pool, was super refreshing and great for my kids! HIGHLY recommend this house, you won't be disappointed!

Rental looks exactly like the pictures online. Very spacious and great layout thoughout the house. Pool was exactly the size our family needed. There are other properties within the same community that have pea size pool fitting only one person it looks like but this house was perfect. Great and quick communication with host. Only disturbance we had was when swimming with my family in the late evenings we had a drone fly constantly over us recording it was uncomfortable. Cleaning would of been given 5 star but the property has pillows that look like they are hard to wash and there was stains from previous guest. We brought our own cover so we really didn't make use of what was provided. White linen had brownish looking stain as well in main bedroom also in the twin bedrooms. Again this was minor to use since we brought our own covers. Overall great experience would definitely stay in future visits. Thank you for the great stay.

This property was OKAY…emphasis on okay! I had to submit all drivers names for security purposes and it did not matter once we arrived. The gate automatically opens anytime a car pulls up to it. The gym and other neighborhood attractions are in a separate neighborhood. The pool in the neighborhood was locked every time we tried to visit. The house was a little clean but could’ve been cleaner. A glass was left out by the pool from previous guest. The beds in the bedrooms did not have comforters, just wool throw blankets. The air could not go below 73 in the home. We had to purchase our own towels, trash bags, paper towels, tissue, and other items. I feel like the pictures in the listing are very misleading. The owner was very responsive though.
