8 Mi to Universal: Orlando Studio w/ Fire Pit!

Great location and amenities. They had most of what we needed - full refrigerator, plenty of blankets/towels/etc., cooking supplies and dishes, coffee machine, hair dryer. There were cute kittens in the back yard too :) Very close to the Florida Mall and restaurants.

Overall no major complaints but we did have one big issue which was that the listing incorrectly listed that laundry was available. We stayed for several days and all of our activities were outside so we specifically needed a property with a washing machine. We saw that one was listed in the amenities but did not see it in the pictures so we messaged to double check. No reply. Later when we received booking details we asked again. This time the parent company (Evolve) replied and provided us with two contact phone numbers and two email addresses to contact the ‘direct owner.’ Neither email was answered and both phone numbers went straight to voicemail. When we arrived on the property we knocked on the owner’s door and were told the booking info was incorrect, no washing machine. We had to go spend a couple hours at a coin laundromat on our last day, not ideal. Based on the incorrect info and lack of communication we’ve taken off a few points from our score. Just a head’s up for anyone booking, hopefully the information will be corrected.

I liked everything about the stay area was so peaceful, clean & comfortable everything I was looking for was close

Very clean, comfy bed

This isn't nearly as private or secluded as the listing makes it seem. In fact, the neighbor's unruly hound makes stepping outside feel problematic, much less trying to enjoy the gazebo thats actually behind the owners half, and messy.
