Property is as described and contains everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Home is part of a very quiet residence and there are plenty of options around to shop for food or dine out. All comfort items are there (grill, tvs, internet, pool, spa, and plenty of room). Though we were he for an event in Haines City, the proximity to Orlando and some of the Disney resorts is definitely a big plus if you're here for Disney.
Though the villa owner is doing a great job at ensuring his guests are being taken care of, the property management company never seems to answer the phone. This caused some confusion and I brought it up with the villa owner.
