Resort Condo w/ Beach Access on Anna Maria Island!

The condo had gulf view from one window and Sarasota Bay from another. It was very clean, comfortable and convenient to things we wanted to do on vacation.

Nice size pool….nice beds……great beach access that was super close….close to Bridge Street…. size of condo good……other condo owners/renters were respectful and kind…..owner and management were easy to contact and responded quickly.

Location is noisy, however we were aware of that as we’d stayed in that building before. Therefore we didn’t use the balcony because the bridge road is so busy and noisy. This also makes it noisy at pool, however we were aware of that also. Building is probably on one of the busiest corner sof Island, yet close to many things. Managed to cross streets easily. The master bedroom could use new carpet and I’d prefer not to have carpet in part of master bath, which it did have. . Due to its age and use, the carpet didn’t look or feel very clean. However the unit was clean. It’s just older carpet. I prefer units with no carpet. The washer and dryer were old and rust on washer lid, however they worked fine. Couldn’t lower the thermostat AC, past what it was set on per request of owner. I believe it causes unit to freeze up. However, a few times I would’ve liked to have been able to lower temp. All things considered, we would consider staying here again.

It had everything we needed and more. Because of construction it was a little noisier than usual I assume but overall it was wonderful

We were on the second floor and elevator was not working but we knew that going in. I would only stay again if first floor was available
