Ruidoso Cabin w/ Deck & Grill - Walk to Town!

The location is wonderful. Able to walk to downtown within minutes. Close to the park to walk with small kids. Plenty of space in the cabin and the outside deck was nice.

I loved everything.

The location is perfect, very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. The property manager is very friendly and responds quickly.

The heater wasnt working properly the first 2 nights of our stay but on the 3rd not the issue had been fixed and it was warm and cozy.

The location was excellent. Right in the middle of town. Breakfast was not offered. We needed help obtaining the key from the lock box as none of us were familiar with how to open the lock box. Once the owner came to help, we got in. When we left, were able to leave the key in the lock box.

The comforter on one of the beds was dirty, it had spots on it and looked soiled. For one of the bedrooms, we were expecting twin beds. The trundle bed made it difficult for two of the women to move around in the smaller room. So one woman slept on the couch. A coffee pot was not listed on the appliances, so we brought our own. We were surprised to find a coffee pot there. May I suggest a coffee pot gets listed on the appliances.

walked in at 3:30pm and place had not been cleaned, smelled really bad. Called the number and they were attentive and did get it clean but we had to leave for 3 hrs and did not get in to the place until 6:30 that evening. Very distressed. Was offered $25.00 each to go and eat that evening, but we had already eaten for the day. So we did go on Saturday and sent the receipt in for reimbursement of $50.00 and have not received it yet. Why would you offer that if you did not intend to reimburse my card as promised. Another disappointment. Maybe you could check into that, please.
