This is a good place to stay for a few days while hiking around. It has everything required for living (kitchen appliances and utensils, washer, dryer, board games, Roku TV, gas grill and a fire pit in the yard, et cetera), and it is surrounded by beautiful Utah landscape with parks and trails (in a driving distance, though). Everything was clean, beds were comfortable.
The house has electric heaters in each room, but some of them wouldn't work while we were there.

Great location, comfortable house.
The neighbor when you 1st turn towards the property is a little scary, but the house was good. Roomy and comfortable.

The location was really good for hikes off the Burr Trail Rd. We also appreciated all the good cooking tools available in the kitchen. This is a very rural area and so expectations have to include the reality of that. The Burr Trail was absolutely spectacular so we were happy to come back to this property tired and ready to make our own dinner. There are several exceptional restaurants in the area if you would rather.
