Lovely set out villa, all home comforts large bedrooms and ample space for the 6 of us that shared. rooms were clean and beds comfy. Was in a great location not far from many of the attractions and also walkable to some restaurants and Target. meant we could all have a drink on a couple of nights without anyone driving. Access to the clubs with pools was particularly welcomed.
The pool area is very small so not really suitable for all of us to stay around which is why the clubs were a must. Not sure the description really said how small it was? We had no issues with cleanliness however did experience some ant issues both in the kitchen (island and cupboards mainly) and upstairs in the bathroom and hallway. A spray or something similar would have been helpful.

לקבל 2 גלילים של נייר טואלט למשפחה של 8 מאנשים לשבוע שלם זה בדיחה, ותשובת המארחים שזה רק בשביל ההתחלה אינה לענין. תוסיפו 10 דולר למחיר הדירה ותספקו את כל מה שצריך (כולל שקיות נילון לאשפה). דירה מאובזרת נהדר לא צריכה ליפול על שטויות

The accommodations and location were great. I'm a flight attendant and when traveling, I prefer upscale accommodations. Our unit was perfect! We've recommended this unit to friends and sent photos for their review.
We had difficulty locating the Main gate to get our parking pass. The GPS takes you to an alternate entrance. A physical gate address should be given to alleviate confusion

Location clean and tidy on a nice resort
The pool heating that we had paid for was not working took numerous phone calls. I’m still nothing resolved in the end. We were given our money back for the pool heating but as we couldn’t use the pool, the Villa was not as described.
