The comfort,and coziness of the house.It also had everything you could need or want.I have never stayed in a rental that offered so much.

The location of this home was fantastic, private access to the beach just across the street. The host was super responsive. Any small problems encountered were quickly, efficiently and very kindly dealt with. It was small, and a bit dated however, the host had thought of absolutely everything that would make our stay comfortable. There were extra tables and chairs to be used for.our larger group of people. They supplied beach chairs, toys, towels, supplies, shibumi and an additional beach tent. There were laundry supplies and all necessary kitchen basics. She even had a welcome gift for us and for.our puppy! Best supplied and equipped rental house in have ever rented.

The house is smaller but has 4 bedrooms. Extra linens and blankets were readily available. It is an older home that has not been updated but the well thought out supplies and the amazing responsiveness of the host really made up for the negatives.

We were amazed at how organized everything was in the house. The thoughtfulness was remarkable, including all of the little gifts and amenities. The house was roomy and amazingly close to the beach for a non-beach front house.

The property is a little dated but that did not affect my family's enjoyment of the stay in the least. The cable system was a bit complicated but very expansive.

They went above and beyond what I was expecting. I walked in and everything you could possibly need to use for a beach vacation was readily available. Along with some surprising extra touches.
