The location is superb, views are exceptional. Lovely neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and had all you need

The view from the apartment was amazing — a full panoramic look over the city. The underground parking was secure, clean, and included in the price, which was very convenient. One of the reception staff was very polite and genuinely tried to help, even though communication was limited.
The apartment was good some time ago, but now is quite worn — old appliances, flickering lights, and a noticeable smell from the bathroom. No clear instructions were provided for check-out or deposit return. At 7:30 AM, office 108 was closed, and I couldn’t get my $38 cash deposit back. Most staff didn’t speak English, which made check-in and other logistics difficult for an international guest.
