I loved the location. Perfect location, walkable distance to almost everything.

Nothing

The convenience of the property. It is close to all the shops and the beach. It had stable WiFi and even Netflix.

Because it was raining, I struggled locking the door. I think the door expanded when it rained. But they were always available to help.

Room was very nice and comfortable.

Had a misunderstanding regarding inside parking. Had a full overland car and wanted us to then unpack in the street when there was a large driveway to the room. Eventually allowed us after persistence from outside. Sour taste left after owner told us they hate South Africans as we always cause problems. ( the request to pull car in to off load seemed like a small request) answer started as "we dont allow this" no flexibility.

The location is stupendous,a short walk to the main attractions of the town. The room is well equipped, including a heater and additional blanket. Both are vital during winter and cold days/ nights in Swakopmund.

1. There is no door, curtain or anything to separate the room from the bathroom. Privacy is somewhat flawed under these circumstances. 2. There are some 6 or even more rooms gathered together. During the day that isn’t a problem, but in the evening or early morning things get messy as every guest has a different time schedule and different level of discretion in producing noise. Besides, the plumbing action is loud. 3. The car has to stay on the street overnight, despite a quite large enclosed driveway. Our car was packed with bags for our camping gear. Once everything was carried to our room we barely had space left to navigate through our room. 4. The advertised room with city view and/ or patio view is a generous interpretation
