We were very lucky to stay in this beautiful and brand new villa. Absolute cleanliness, huge rooms, a lot of space, all the necessary accessories for cooking yourself and delicious breakfasts from the hosts, the pool, the incredible scenery around, the wonderful sounds of birds and insects - it is impossible to describe everything. Special thanks to the caretaker and the owner of the villa for instant help and smiles.

Wow this is fantastic a totally new built villa overlooking the beautiful rice fields. Amazing modern style and great location.Take a look at the pictures everything is right there big living room two big bedrooms lovely kitchen. Great staff you can order anything you want home delivered great food or take a short ride in to Unawantuna.To sit high up overlooking the green and swim in the pool so relaxing if you want to spend luxury time in lovely surrounding at a great price this is it.

Exceptional villa, well maintained and all facilities are top notch. The owner Mr chandana, was very polite, attentive and very helpful. We had a great stay at the villa and everything was upto our expectations. Comfortable stay and helpful people.
