New and improved. Recent additions include a new refrigerator, new air conditioning unit, new patio door, large screen TV and new barbecue. This is a relatively new property situated right on the water with 160 feet of private beachfront. Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, chalet style home with 1500 sq feet of living space . Perfect for a relaxing swim ( as the water temperature is nice and warm on this side of the island ) and a short 10 minute drive into the quaint community of Summerside , which has all the amenities you could possibly want.

The setting is fabulous. Loved the beach and how the low tide goes out so far. The view from the deck and inside the house are beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped and the living room seating was comfortable for us 6 adults. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars are the 2 downstair bedrooms had squeaky beds. The upstairs bed was a little soft for us. I would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The location was peaceful and quiet with beautiful views of the ocean. We had everything we needed and the owners responded quickly to our questions/requests. Summerside was about a 10 minute drive away with shopping and restaurants. A clean and comfortable home to spend some time on PEI

The location is awesome and overall the place is ok but far from the previously advertised "luxury" status. There were quite a few issues that, at this price, we did not expect: no provisions in the kitchen like sugar, spices, coffee, tea or cooking oil. No shampoo or soap for showering. The mattresses in the main bedrooms were hard and not very comfortable. The windows in the main living room can't be opened. The fridge was unable to keep our food very cold. The armchairs in the living room were rather grimy and very uncomfortable. Low water pressure in the kitchen. Broken and unusable patio umbrellas. One bedroom light not working. The owners did attempt to remedy things somewhat but since they're outside the province the response times are not ideal. The place has potential and as mentioned the location is great. Not sure if this is good value for the money at this point. It certainly didn't meet our expectations. Almost forgot to mention: the smart TV was nice to have and the internet service was very good.
