Valras, located at the mouth of the Orb, is a pleasant fishing village and a pretty family Mediterranean seaside resort.
50 m from its huge beach, in a recent, tree-lined, secure residence with private parking and swimming pool, we offer an apartment with terrace of 13 m2, on the 1st floor, facing south, with open views.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed 140 X 190, a sofa with 2 pull-out beds 80 X 190 in the living room.
The swimming pool, reserved for residents, is open from May to September, supervised in July - August.
Shops opposite the residence: mini-market, bakery, restaurants, laundromat.
City center 1.5 km away: all shops, many summer events.
Local market Monday and Friday, hall on other days.
A copy of the co-ownership regulations is available in the accommodation.
During the inventory, on arrival of vacationers, a deposit check of 500 € will be requested, not cashed and returned at the end of the stay.
Optional cleaning at the end of the stay: 70 €.
