The Roseneck house is located in the so-called red settlement, in the heart of Sylt's sunny south. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The beaches can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The house consists of 4 units. This apartment has just been renovated and equipped with new flooring.

The apartment is offered as a non-smoking apartment, if you want to smoke please use the terrace. Animal husbandry is allowed, but must be registered in advance. Bed linen and towels can be ordered.
