Good location, nice pool area, well equipped spacious apartment, the manual shutter for balcony needs some attention as it is very stiff to open

la localisation de l´immeuble, la proximité du bord de mer, l´accessibilité au centre ville, le parking sous terrain, la fonctionnalité de l´appartement (appartement vaste, lave vaisselle, lave linge), la terrasse ensoleillée,
réparer le four qui ne chauffe pas...impossible de cuire une tarte ou gâteau...
