- Parkplatz (allerdings ausserhalb, ca. 300 Meter entfernt und Kosten-pflichtig)

- Angenehme Temperaturen, zu der Jahreszeit
- Schรถne Sicht vom Balkon aus
- Preis-Leistungs-Verhรคltnis; nur bedingt erfรผllt / รbernachtungs-Kosten, fรผr ein B&B; am obersten Ende der Skala
- Kleiderschrank wackelte und ist von schlechter Qualitรคt
- wenig Mรถglichkeiten, die Kleider aufzuhรคngen
- Der Balkon lag direkt รผber dem Eingang und neben dem Parkplatz (der Besitzer). Dadurch fehlte die Privatsphรคre.
- leider kein Lift
Wofรผr die Unterkunft nichts kann / kein Fehler des B&B:
- es ist hรคufig, sehr, sehr windig
- Infrastruktur am Strand: Die Abfallentsorgung ist nicht gelรถst. Einige Stabilimentos hatten nicht mal eine Toilette. Es waren keine Abfalleimer fรผr die Mรผllentsorgung am Strand zu finden. Sowas ist eklig und untragbar! Bei den Preisen sollte man eine reibungslose Abfallentsorgung erwarten kรถnnen. Die Infrastruktur hinkt dem boomenden Tourismus leider weit hinterher. Das ist sehr bedenklich fรผr die Zukunft der Region und zugleich schade fรผr das Image von San Vito lo Capo.

Struttura pulita, comoda alla spiaggia e al centro. Staff molto disponibile e accogliente. Stanza ampia, colazione buona, parcheggio convenzionato con la struttura a due passi al costo di 5โฌ.
Peccato aver trascorso solo una notteโฆ torneremo!!

Personale super accogliente e disponibile, struttura ben curata e pulita con una ottima colazione. Posizione eccellente a due passi dal mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro. Lโultimo giorno dopo il mare รจ stato possibile rientrare in struttura per fare una comoda doccia in terrazza prima di andare via.

Good location, 3 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to the centre where all the restaurants were. Nice breakfast
Use of facilities cost extra (eg jacuzzi, parking)
