This apartment is located in a fast-growing area of downtown with lots of exciting shops and restaurants opening all the time. It's peacefully tucked in a quieter area away from the bar scenes of The Short North while still being only 5-10 minutes drive away.
Our place is nestled along the river and perfectly located for anyone who enjoys going on walks or bike rides with the beautiful Scioto Mile trail running right behind the community.
You'll love being just a few steps away from Ray Ray's BBQ, Brewdog, One Line Coffee, Strongwater, Yellow Brick gourmet pizza, and many other favorites.
It's easy to get anywhere downtown...by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, bus, etc.
You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.
After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your codes for the building entrance and the apartment door keypad (we change this for every guest).
Arriving at the apartment is easy. Just park in the loading zone with your hazards on when you first arrive so that you can easily take your luggage up to the apartment and get your parking pass (on the kitchen counter). Then, pull your car around back into the parking garage.
Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

It's super easy to get anywhere in the city from here. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. Driving is easy and stress-free as well since parking is nearly always available on the side streets surrounding our building and there's a brand new parking garage right behind our building (you get a free garage parking pass for 1 car!).

We'll block our calendar indefinitely for you so you can extend 30 nights at a time without committing to a non-refundable stay. This way, you'll be able to stay as long as you want without fear of someone else booking the place, but also with freedom to move out whenever you're ready with 2 weeks notice. :)
Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. Our software runs a quick background check, then sends you your check-in details. It's easy and only takes ~2 minutes. Any questions, just let us know!
