About this house rental
The Ardella Cottage is an oasis near Zion National Park. The family home of Ardella Heiner. Ardella's home was a family gathering spot since 1947. At her passing at 98 years of age, her great-niece purchased the home and the acre it sits on. The home has been beautifully restored and updated. The yard and gardens are also meticulously kept, like Ardella did even in the final years of her life. The Ardella Cottage is unlike any other vacation home! It is an experience, not just a house. It has all of the charm and sentiment you would want from a historic cottage, with every modern convenience and lots of space to escape from it all.

House and property were amazing! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Zion NP, 30 minutes to visitor center and close to groceries and restaurants. Jean was very responsive and quickly resolved an issue with the wifi. Our family of 8 had more than enough room.

The house was absolutely perfect for my family. Everyone one from my 8 year old to our teenagers loved it. It had everything we needed and enough space and cubbies for all our stuff. Loved it

This property was absolutely amazing and perfect for my family. We brought along two small children (1y and 3y) and they had a blast on the trampoline and playing in the yard. The house is well stocked with plenty of games and books and kids activities. There was a high chair, a pack n play, and all of the utensils that we could need. Upstairs there is even a tiny little kid's play nook that is so much fun for small kids.The property was beautiful and extremely clean. Jean was a great host and always very responsive to my communication. Check in and check out went smoothly. There are lots of great hikes in the area, plus Zion of course. The only slight downside was the neighborhood. It's not a bad neighborhood, but this property definitely stands out with how pristine and clean it is. Luckily the property is large enough and surrounded by trees and bushes so you don't really see the couch sitting on the neighbor's lawn unless you're coming and going.
