10 Mi to Disney: Davenport Condo w/ Pool Access!

The pool was phenomenal! The space had a great layout and room for the kids to play.

We liked that location was relatively close to Disney (several miles up I4). We liked that it had a gym and a pool area looked very neat. We liked that host addressed our main issue with smoke detector beep very quickly and responsiveness from guess contact Gary was great. Condo area was somewhat walkable and had Publix nearby and several grocery stores. We liked the elevator which was great to get to 4th floor to property we rented for our stay. We liked that property had good working Wifi and had decent complement of dishes/pots and great sized smart TV. There was a good amount of parking spots available and it was easy to get rid of garbage. We liked working dishwasher/dryer/washer in the property. Property grounds were gated and pretty clean. Proximity of several pizza places and asian food easy to order.

Property is pretty close to I4 but noise was not an issue as long as windows/doors are closed (however it can be noticeable if windows or balcony is open. Condo is on 4th floor so we used elevator most of the time. In colder times there is water condensation around windows edges. AC/Heat/Cool is set using Google Nest thermostat to owner specified range which is convenient but can be pain to setup and change during the day. Cooking pots were pretty used and could use update. Tub in one restroom had a small crack which did not affect its functionality. Dishwasher had a missing top lid. Leg press machine in the gym had broken cable and gym looked small/used. Gates require use of cards to get in/out of condo complex. I4 most of the times was painfully slow/parking lot so it affected travel time to/from parks. Costco/airport/nasa is quite far so it made for a trips in their own. Publix was very convenient but expensive.
