We had a wonderful time!

The online pics were accurate. The spaces were clean and very comfortable. We saw deer and squirrels. The road to the property included a gorgeous creek

Unfortunately, Not As Expected

Nice quiet location.

No hair dryer, no DVD player, tub/shower faucet was essentially broken. We had a choice of good water pressure but ice cold or a no water pressure if we wanted hot water. There were spaces in the walls where we could see outside. The morning we left I was removing the fitted sheet off my grandson‘s bed and there was a small brown recluse crawling on the top of the mattress which I took a video of. As a short term rental property owner myself, I expected more for the $507 I paid for two nights.

The pics are a little misleading thought it was closer to water than it was. For having to pay a cleaning fee why was it so dirty has anyone ever cleaned the couch. I understand it’s a cabin but have some pride in your property.

Super cozy environment! Plenty of linens. We thought it was on the water which could have been us misreading the description. That was the only down side for us. There where a bunch of dead bugs in the living room window. Other than that it was impeccable! Comfy beds. We plan on staying there again.

We would have liked to know ahead of time that it wasn’t actually on the water. That was really it. I would have like a coffee pot that used pods as that’s what we brought. But it all worked out. 😁

The cabin was great! The kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. The location was convenient for Crater of Diamonds and fishing.

Arkansas Getaway

We loved the fire pit! the lighted gazebo and the grill! The area was beautiful! We spent lots of time around the fire pit! Loved seeing so many deer— and the neighbors dog was so sweet— we enjoyed her visits! Comfortable rooms/beds!

TV (dish?) did not work. We appreciated the CD’s that did work. Remotes need to be checked for batteries— had to get up press buttons on TV to get it to work! Flashlights need to be checked ( batteries)! Leaving batteries for those items would be nice! We really wanted to be on the water— but it was only a couple of miles down to Riverside!

It was cozy had everything we needed.

No biggie internet service. Selection of dvd movies could have been better. Some of the walls were plywood seemed like they had not finished the remodel. The full bath was Awkwardly set up you couldn’t enter unless you went through the sleeping area that had two sets of bunk beds. That was kinda annoying when the people in that room were still sleeping and had the door closed we had no access to the shower from the master bedroom.

So much fun

This property was awesome! They thought of everything, they had shampoo Incase we forgot, condiments so we weren’t having to buy a whole new thing of salt and pepper. The rooms were big and the space was plenty. Would definitely book it again. The only thing I would mention is no tv in the main bedroom but otherwise nice couch space to watch it he living room. Blonde was super friendly and we will miss her.
