Host was great, the facility as a whole not great

The host was extremely nice and checked in to see if everything was ok. Walk to beach was convenient. Security very nice.

It was advertised as beach view. We expected to see beach in front of us, but we had to look out from the balcony on the side to see it. Only one elevator for a large place. It didn’t work at times. When we needed to use it we had to wait an extremely long time. On our first night, we had to take our luggage up several flights of stairs.

The location is great. Very short drive into the Orange beach and gulf shores sides. The different pools were great. With so many, they weren’t very crowded. The owners of the condo we stayed in were amazing! They checked on us a few times over the course of our stay and immediately addressed the few minor issues we encountered. I will definitely be booking with them again!

They were working on replacing one of the elevators, we were told that it was supposed to have been done months ago but they were just now getting to it. The condo complex itself needs some work, but our condo was great!

I am extremely happy with my agent John Reno and would like to say it is always a pleasure going to Sugar Beach Condominiums. My boys really enjoy theirself and keep me busy. There are four pools to choose from. Beautiful beach view from a balcony adjacent to the room. There are plenty of fun activities to do. The condominiums have everything that you need, plus two full bathrooms when you stay in a one bedroom and not a studio. I rate Sugar Beach Condominiums and my agent John Reno a 10 out of ten. Everything was ready when we got there, and he was always available. Thank you for the memories we are making!

My Orange beach retreat stay 2022

I enjoyed the closet space and the kitchen had everything you need in it. It was nice having 2 bathrooms.

I was in 307 and 313 at a fire alarm going off For over 3 hours. I told the staff And they said OK and just kept cleaning like it was no big deal. That was a big safety concern for me.

Upon arrival there was still sand on the floor and toilet paper in the toilet and it’s 95° outside and the thermostat would not go below 70 it was very warm upstairs

Superb

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. There were 3 pools plus a kiddie pool. It was right on the beach.

The guard at the gate wasn’t very friendly and we didn’t know you needed cash for the parking.
