We loved the property and the view. The beds were very comfy and spacious. The downstairs is well laid out and the view from the conservatory/dining room was breathtaking. The kitchen and utility room was well laid out and functional. Both of the bathrooms had showers and were very good for bathing or showering with plenty of hot water. Generally the house was very well equipped, with lots of things to entertain. The wi-fi works well in all parts of the house and is 20mb download speed.
The outside of the property needs to be better lit. The garden furniture needs replacing. The kitchen utensils and crockery needs replacing as they were well worn and chipped. The baths need anti-slip mats when showering. The bedroom doors need hooks for bath robes. With the heating off the bedrooms were quite warm and would have benefitted from having fans. The iron had an electrical safety check fail sticker on it but was the only one in the house, it should have been replaced. Luckily we brought are own iron so wasn't an issue for us.

Pretty much all of it!
Only issue, when we had the wood burner on the carbon monoxide alarm went off. On inspection when it was cold the rope seal around the right hand door of the wood burner was missing. We didn’t use it again. This could be a potential issue of carbon monoxide leaking??
