All staff were excellent - friendly, pleasant and helpful answering questions. The only staff member we had a problem with was Ignacio, manager of the restaurant. Ignacio was grumpy and very unpleasant. There were very few people there but after our meal he very curtly asked us to leave.
Housekeeping did not replenish toilet tissue - very little tissue left on the roll and the backup supply was clear across the room. Also, our coffee supplies were only partially replenished. Regarding the furnishings, there was no dresser and the only drawers were small and in a strange place. Also, there was no table where one could write notes and no paper, pen or pencil in the room. Also, hated the barn door for the bathroom door - could not close the door tight and could not keep the barn door in place, it would glide into and out of the door opening. Didn't like Ignacio, manager of the restaurant - what a grumpy unpleasant person!
