In the past looks like, this hotel has better times

The pool was dirty- plastic cup and dirt on the ground and less water in the pool. No AC in the room

we had to have someone let us in and out. I’m more used to coming and going without looking for someone.

Mobility issue with stay, but staff helpful and gracious with cancelation

We actually had to cancel our reservation but the hotel staff was very prompt at responding to our messages and resolving our issue. We appreciated their help and understanding, plus they did not charge us a cancelation fee.

We discovered after booking that all guest rooms are located up a flight of stairs, no elevator or ground floor options. Sadly, this meant we couldn't stay. It would be helpful if the hotel listing clarified this, to avoid misunderstandings.

Everything, location, facilities, privacy, staff, special thanks to Susana and Claudia, great employees, my elderly Dad love the place and I am quoting him “I have been around the world in different hotels however this one by far is the best one” we will definitely go back, thank you

It definitely doesn’t worth the cost

The place and the room were really beautiful The Colombian receptionist was very helpful

It doesn’t have bathtub even it’s advertised at the facilities The pool doesn’t have heating You can’t take a long hot shower because it runs out of hot water in 20 minutes It doesn’t have hairdryer WiFi doesn’t work well The lighting from my bedroom was broken twice because of the main system failure. I’ve got support from another guest that told me “this happens often” And it’s not a family environment at all. People were having sex on the living room which is part of the common area.

Me gustó la ubicación, está muy cerca del centro. Todo está muy limpio y agradable, excelente para ir a descansar. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, áreas comunes muy confortantes y la decoración es muy interesante.

Imposible de dormir ya que Hay cancha de frontenis y permiten jugar desde muy temprano, las personas gritando groserías y dejan poner música muy alto. No te dejan descansar.

Agradezco la hospitalidad de los trabajares, me pidieron matrimonio acá y desde la primera llamada telefónica fueron muy amables. Tal cual las fotos, el lugar es realmente hermoso ❤️

Pues la verdad me gustó mucho. No tienen restaurante dentro pero está cerca del pueblo. El agua de la piscina que estaba muy fría. Pero el lugar hermoso, me encantó

Falla el Internet y su sistema de cable El agua caliente se termina pronto Y en el lugar hay 3 perros que andan paseando por el lugar Nos prestaron un balon de basket que nos poncharon los perros y lo tuvimos que pagar jejeje

Todo es irreal mente impactante, la decoración literalmente es una locura, cada rincón tiene un detalle que te dispara la imaginación, el personal es súper atento y amable y las instalaciones realmente buenas , nos fascinó el lugar solo por el volvería a Tepotzotlán mil veces
