The open built-in kitchen integrated in the living area is equipped with a double ceramic hob, dishwasher and a microwave. From the balcony to the west side, you have a partial lake view. The living room with its comfortable sofa set and flat-screen TV invites you to relax. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a double bed. A shower / toilet complements the apartment. The apartment is classified as non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. You have a free WiFi hotspot at your disposal. Parking space number 117 is available in the underground garage. The parking spaces are double parkers. Please make sure that your car is no longer than 5.00 m, wider than 1.90 m and does not exceed 1.70 m high, so that there are no inconveniences during your stay.
