Everything was great. The host was easy to reach and very accommodating!

The switch on the coffee pot was broken.

The place was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. Good communication with host.

No AC in the bedrooms and it is only 3 actual beds. It worked fine for us but it is advertised as 5 beds. Per site guidelines, an air mattress doesn’t count as an actual bed. The coffee maker didn’t work but there was instant. This issue wasn’t reported to the host. If it had, it most likely would have been rectified, based on promptness of other communication.

Well positioned for Boston and the Patriots stadium

I liked the cleanliness and the comfort of the queen and single beds.

There is no convertible Sofa , but only air mattress for the 5th guest, which had not been prepared by the owner...until the next day...and air mattress is not confortable at all, deflating. Some of the cooking devices didn't work (2 cooking plates); there was only 2 cups, glasses were all in plastic, and there was no table and chairs for 5 (except outside, but it rained often and mosquitoes were abundant !). Overall, no shutters on roof windows just over the beds in the 2 rooms!! So the house was very hot and it was extremely difficult to sleep well. The Washington road is very busy in the evening and morning, and well heard in the house. 1h bus and metro transportation to arrive in Boston Downtown.
