Bear Run is a spacious cozy loft that is 5 min from Gatlinburg and ten minutes away from many attractions in Pigeon Forge. With1 master bedroom, a loft, 2 full baths that sleep 6 guests comfortably, jacuzzi and a parking space you may never have to leave Bear Run as it also has a full luxury kitchen with granite, green cabinetry, complete with a breakfast bar. The dining table and living room makes watching the 65" LED SMART TV capable with ease. You can even soak in the hot-tub all while enjoying the surrounding view.
For the Gamers, the TV has the ability to connect to a gaming console using provided HDMI cable. The master suite exemplifies laid-back luxury, from the king-size bed and the log-style furniture to the high ceilings and the large windows. We spent 4 nights in this beautiful cabin. It was spotlessly clean, and very well appointed. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. The driveway is steep, but nothing that I didn't expect by any means. The drive down can be conquered by putting the car in first gear and praying you don't run into another car (which only happened once in our entire stay). The beds were comfortable, there were games to play, the hot tub was a nice extra after a full day of walking and sore feet. The cabin was close enough to everything that we could go back in the middle of the day and rest for an hour or two before heading out for dinner. You are literally 7 minutes away from breakfast at Flapjack's in Gatlinburg and Hillbilly Golf (highly recommend both). The only thing this property does not have is a grill (it doesn't claim to and we didn't need it - but if you need a grill then keep looking). It has just about everything else you could possibly need.Thanks for an amazing stay!

The good:
The kids loved the layout. The beds and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen was nice. The kids loved the games. Easy in and out access. Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot tub and jacuzzi were fun. Towels were clean. Awesome that there was a washer and dryer. Very useful instructions thru out was nice.
What could be better:
Floor could be mopped with a floor cleaner it was dirty. A mop in the utility room would be nice. Silverware had dried food on it. The grill was very dirty and almost didnt use it. The garbage bags in the bathroom were dirty, didn't even touch them. The entry way and porch plus outdoor furniture couldve been cleaner.
If it were cleaner it would be a perfect stay.
