Beautiful & Clean North Phoenix Pointe Tapatio Condominium. No cleaning fees.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Clean, everything had a place, kitchen was stocked above & beyond with every item one would ever need to fix a meal from cereal to fillets! The bed was so comfortable! The AC worked fabulously & kept us cool. The bathroom was full of towels. Not just one each! HA! Lots of mirrors. You just felt pampered & that’s what you need when you’re on vacation & attending your grandson’s HS graduation. Thank you Stephanie. We’ll recommend this property AND return when we’re back in the area.

We were in the area for cactus league baseball. This was a good jumping off point for visiting different parks in various parts of the city. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. One thing to note is that the condo is located near the exit gate to the condo complex. If you're a light sleeper you might hear it opening and closing throughout the night as cars drive through. Not a deal breaker though. This home was priced very fairly. Our host, Stephanie, was the best. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We recommend this location, and look forward to staying again in the future.

The property is clean and as advertised in the photos. Plenty of kitchen appliances/pots/pans/silverware etc. Plenty of towels, and extras like snacks, coffee, and some bottled water. The owners clearly tried to think of everything to make your stay more comfortable.We ran into issues getting in/out of the condo and the property, and the owners were very supportive. The condo complex could have been more helpful - the gate codes seemed to be in flux, and there was no one on-site to help.

The host was welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Honestly, she thought of every amenity imaginable; we were still finding little things at the end of our 7 day stay that seemed almost over the top. The unit was clean and very up to date. We lucked out on this rental.
