These Cabo San Lucas luxury suites at Villa del Palmar Cabo San Lucas feature two master bedrooms with one king-size bed in each to offer the perfect amount of privacy and comfort. In addition, the Two Bedroom Suite has a sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and 3 full bathrooms. A private terrace offers additional space for relaxing during the day and stargazing at night. The resort is directly on the best beach in Cabo!
REGARDING THE ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN: This plan is optional at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12
PLEASE NOTE: Photos are "representative" and "typical". Each available unit will be slightly different in location/view/orientation
OTHER UNITS AVAILABLE: I have access to over 5000+ units in Loreto, Cabo, San Jose del Cabo, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta ranging from studios to 4 bedroom penthouses. If you don't see what you need, send me a message and i will send you the appropriate VRBO property number link
ADDITIONAL NOTE: If you are interested in deep discounts for spa or excursions or other resort-based activities, that is available if you are willing to attend a 90-minute “sales presentation” but totally option/not required. PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $350 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned.

The owner, Bill, was fantastic to work with and would definitely do business again! Lovely property, beach, kids club and housekeeping staff. Would recommend staying outside of spring break due to a bolus of college spring breakers stretching staff and other vacationers patience levels. Be aware of heavy pressure to purchase timeshare and all inclusive option.

The unit was lovely! The property is a giant timeshare and all inclusive blend, so the quality of food and service is hugely varied.
The check in process involves multiple sales pitches, but very little information. The QR codes in the rooms don’t work, the wifi is extremely slow, and one of the bedrooms has no windows.
The views are amazing, and so is the spa!

The resort is beautiful, the food is great and the staff is beyond compare in their attentiveness, knowledge, and truly strive to make your stay the best experience.

We loved our stay at the Villa Del Palmar! Family vacation with our adult kids will be treasured memories we will always remember. The 2bedroom was a perfect space for all of us and the quiet ocean view on the north side of the resort was wonderful. Warm sunrises in the morning and beautiful views of the moon over the ocean in the evenings. This would be a choice spot for us again in the future! We recommend it for families of young kids and adult kids! Great vacation… Thank you Bill for your accommodations!
