About this house rental
The Villa is newly built located in de Western part of the Island called Fontein, and was finalized in 2019.
The villa offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathroom, a swimming pool, full size kitchen with kitchen Island and all pots and pans, open living-dining room combo, outside/inside eating, laundry room with a washing machine and a balcony overlooking the mountains of Banda Bou and a partial ocean view.
The Master bedroom, offers walk-in closet, and a spa like bathroom, with tub and shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have wall to ceiling closet space and a queen size bed that could be converted into 2 separate beds for added comfort.
All 3 bedrooms offer air-conditioning and all bathrooms have warm water.
The Villa is located in a gated community with 24/7 security service, a community restaurants with a la cârte menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a community pool.
Fontein is an area which is closest to the best beaches of the Island of Curaçao, Cas Abou is 10 driving minutes away, Daibooi is 10 driving minutes away, and Kenepa is 20 driving minutes away.
If you enjoy Nature and relaxation this is the Villa for you. Banda Bou is known for its beaches, culture and nature tranquility. Downtown can be access within 25 minutes by car depending on the traffic.
We can help you arrange for car rentals, tours, grocery shopping, which will be billed separately, don't be afraid to ask your host.

It was a wonderful opportunity to stay at this house for our trip to Curazao, property has everything you need to be comfortable and close to the best beaches. Pool is great to relax after a long sunny and beachy day, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are same as listed. I recommend this location for short and long stays..

For what we paid it was worth it for the location (central to the island), infinity edge pool with a decent view and privacy and gated security. And there’s a decent sit down restaurant ON SITE! Just around the corner from this rental in fact. Owned by a lovely Dutch couple. They specialize in kebabs which is a thing on Curaçao. Good wine selection. Leisurely service as they are the only workers (he cooks, she serves).
Downsides: 1. no information whatsoever for renters. Such as what to do in a medical emergency, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. There’s no charge for electricity but ours “ran out” the second to last day and we had to call the host to have her remotely add more.
2. Pool needs new lounge chairs. Current ones won’t hold an adult’s weight.
3. A smaller cooler for the beach would be nice. Current one is bigger with wheels.
4. Living room needs a coffee table in front of the couch.
5. It would be nice if all sinks had pump hand soap but perhaps it’s not usually supplied on Curaçao.
6.Kitchen needs an all purpose cleaner for spills and whatnot.
7. Pots and pans could be upgraded.
