Casa muito boa, ar condicionado, TV, geladeira, freezer, diversas camas, todos os utensílios, um bom quintal, dentro de uma rua fechada (Condomínio).
O fogão que é bem fraco se for cozinhar precisa de um pouco de paciência, mas é funcional. A água que vi algumas reclamações em outros comentários realmente é água de poço mas não vi problema nisso, é bom que não temos problemas de falta de água. A casa tem um galão de 20 litros de água mineral e custa R$10,00 o galão em frente ao condomínio, então para cozinhar e beber usamos água mineral. Mas nada disso atrapalhou a casa é muito boa e aconchegante.
