1 eat-in kitchen: 2 hob cooker, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine.

1 balcony approx. 6 m2 with direct sea view.

Location description : Stanici (Tice-Celina) is a small tourist settlement with a beautiful long fine-gravel beach and many other smaller beaches and bays. In the last 10 years the former fishing village has been developed with newly built holiday houses, holiday flats, villas and flats and has thus become a popular holiday resort for holidaymakers which differs in that the beach cannot be reached by car. In the immediate vicinity you will always find a secluded bay where you can spend your holiday with "your" own small, beautiful pebble beach. It is located 5 km from Omis in the direction of Makarska 30 kilometres away. The beach is well shielded from the actual road noise and emissions and helps holidaymakers, especially families with children, to feel safe and secure. Situated on a slope, the village offers marvellous views of the sea and the island of Brac opposite. The original old centre "Stanici", which is 400 metres away as the crow flies and 100 metres above sea level, is a small settlement with 10 houses. Originally, the inhabitants lived mainly from fishing and less from agriculture. After the extension of the coastal road around 1960, it offered the inhabitants of the old settlement the possibility to get to their destination faster and easier, which was also the reason why many inhabitants decided to move to the sea in Stanici Bay. This development led to Stanici, with its beautiful beaches, becoming a popular tourist destination in Central Dalmatia. Several restaurants and coffee bars cater for all tastes and budgets. In Stanici there are 2 small food markets that sell fresh bread and pastries, dairy products, fruit and vegetables every day. In the centre where there is also a bus stop there is the travel agency Adriatoptours which can help you in all matters. They offer: Accommodation, excursions, transfers (airport) Rent a service - car and scooter hire 50 ccm and 125 ccm. You can find all the scents and colours of agricultural products at the weekly market in Omis. There are also several banks, a church and an emergency centre with several doctors at your disposal.
