Nagyon jó helyen van, csendes utca, a tenger kb. 5 perc séta, parkolás az udvarban. Edényekkel jól felszerelt a konyha. Két terasz is volt (a felső szinten voltunk), a nagy teraszról pici rálátás van a tengerre.
A klímáért pluszban kell fizetni (ez szerepel az oldalon, de mi nem vettük észre). A lakásban csak egy klíma van, ami a lakás beosztása miatt nem hűti egyenletesen a teret, ablakot viszont nem lehet nyitni, mert szúnyogháló nincs. Elektromos szúnyogirtó van, azt mi nem használunk. Két franciaágy van, de csak az egyikhez kaptunk ágyneműt. A leírástól eltérően mikrohullámú sütő nincs. Tea, kávé, fűszerek nincsenek, a WC papír beszerzése is a bérlő feladata. A mi apartmanunkban régi ónémet bútorok voltak.
