Location, decoration, cleaning staff, good breakfast and great care by the breakfast staff.
We had an ant infestation which meant we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night and seek alternative accommodation as the room ended up full of poison smell.
The room we had had no ventilation and no way to leave the window open (so quite unsafe unless all locked down).
Breakfast is from 9.30, way too late.
Bed was tiny for two people.
Noisy fridge (had to turn it off) and annoying clicking sound in the fuse box.
